Financial Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Project Manager to join our prestigious account in supporting DFAT.

The successful candidate can be based in Canberra, Melbourne or Sydney, with preference for Canberra to work closely with the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Month-End Accounting Processes
  • Manage Capex Reporting and Forecast Analysis
  • Support Budget and Quarterly Forecast Processes
  • Work Closely with Project Managers to Achieve Targets
  • Provide Stakeholder Management and Client Engagement Support
  • Drive Continuous Improvement through Identification of Reporting Enhancements
  • Support Systems Implementation and Operations
  • Manage Ad-Hoc Queries and Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Policies
Requirements:
  • An Australian Citizen
  • At Least 3+ Years Post-Qualification Experience
  • Project Accounting Experience Highly Desirable
  • Advanced Financial Analytical Skills
  • Strong Excel Proficiency and Communication Skills
  • Able to Manage Multiple Complex Deliverables
  • Attention to Detail with Strategic Thinking Abilities
