Senior Financial Leader Sought

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join our leadership team as a senior financial leader, overseeing the finance, IT, and purchasing departments.

As a key member of the team, they will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company and government regulations, preparing and maintaining budgets and forecasts, and managing cash flow.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all accounting practices comply with company and government regulations.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain all budgets and forecasts.
  • Administer and control cash management for the organization.
  • Manage insurance matters in conjunction with local brokers.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • Work closely with departments to ensure payroll management and efficiencies.
  • Maintain a capital expenditure register.
  • Grow, develop, and support internal talent in all departments.
Requirements

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA or degree equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a large organization.
  • Proven effective communication skills.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success leading and developing teams.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
