The role of our Brand Ambassador's is to assist DIY consumers through their paint purchasing journey at our stores, while ensuring they are purchasing the correct product to effectively achieve the best results.

You will need to be confident to proactively engage with our customers, so you are able to understand their needs and offer great advice.

This role will see you working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Increase sales of our product in each of the trial stores
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support
  • Confidently explain the benefits of our products to consumers
