About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Director to lead our structural engineering team in Melbourne.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to your team, promoting collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Oversee structural engineering projects from conception through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, focusing on trust, excellence, and long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and certified management systems.

Your Ideal Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in structural engineering design, team leadership across various industrial and commercial projects.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance leadership and technical delivery.
