About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Speech Pathologist to join our team at a Paediatric Speech Pathology Clinic in South East Melbourne.

As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a small and highly experienced team, providing individual, group, and telehealth interventions to children with communication disorders.

You will assist with supporting clients with a range of communication disorders, including ASD/Autism, language difficulties, social difficulties, articulation, literacy, and stuttering.

Our team is dedicated to supporting your learning and career development, and you will have the opportunity to gain experience working in different areas of paediatrics, including the clinic, clients' homes, and in schools.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a weekly bonus scheme, graduate program, and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with supporting clients with a range of communication disorders
  • Work alongside teachers, support workers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients and families
  • Contribute to assessments, participate in team meetings, and assist with reviewing clients as necessary

Requirements:

  • Completed Speech Pathology Tertiary degree
  • Full SPA registration
  • Current driver's license and car
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
  • Caring interpersonal skills
  • Proficient communication, organisational, and computer skills
