Strategic Program Developer

This is a unique opportunity to join our leadership team as a program advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering programs within the service agreement between the organization and the Queensland government.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in early education and care or equivalent experience, vocational qualification in training and assessment or equivalent experience, and proven experience in capability development and project management within corporate or education sectors.
In this role, you will source content, build the program within the learning management system (LMS), create workshop delivery programs, facilitate interactive sessions, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior leaders.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure content is relevant and current.
