Job Title: Emergency Services Clerk

This role requires a highly skilled administrative professional to support the Emergency Services team in various settings. The successful candidate will work across the Emergency Department, Short Stay Unit, Victorian Virtual Emergency Department, and the Chest Pain Evaluation Unit.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records while working under pressure.

  • Provide administrative support: Assist the Emergency Services team with day-to-day tasks and activities.">
  • Process patient information: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information.">
  • Communicate effectively: Engage with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless communication.">

  • Influenza vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated against influenza.">
  • Microsoft Office skills: Highly skilled ability in Microsoft Office or similar software applications.">
  • Customer service: Demonstrated excellence in customer service.">
