Emergency Services Operations Coordinator

The role of the Emergency Services Clerk is to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment across various departments within the healthcare sector. This includes working with the Emergency Department, Short Stay Unit, Victorian Virtual Emergency Department, and the Chest Pain Evaluation Unit.
This position involves working on a casual basis initially, with the potential to transition to permanent part-time hours in the future.
Key Responsibilities:- Rotating shifts, including day shifts, afternoon shifts, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Ensure consistency and reliability by maintaining a minimum of three working days' availability
- Flexibility and willingness to support colleagues with planned leave or unplanned deficits across a 24-hour, seven-day roster
- A current influenza vaccination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software or similar applications
- Demonstrated excellence in delivering exceptional customer service
Please note that flu vaccinations are mandatory for this role.
