Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of utilizing data modeling tools such as Erwin Data Modeler, Model Mart, and Web Portal features to design efficient physical data models for various database types.

They will be responsible for developing logical and physical data models across Hadoop and Teradata environments, publishing efficient physical data models for SQL, NoSQL, or message-based target layers, and collaborating in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities
  • Publishing physical data models for multiple database platforms.
  • Developing logical and physical data models across big data and enterprise data warehousing environments.
  • Utilizing advanced data modeling tools effectively.
  • Contributing to the design of Enterprise Data Models with expertise in banking/financial industry data models.
  • Collaborating in a collaborative development environment.
  • Supporting data analysis and profiling using SQL or other tools.
  • Understanding end-to-end data processing in analytics environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling in big data and data warehousing environments (Teradata preferred).
  • Expertise in logical and physical data modeling across big data and enterprise data warehousing.
  • Proficiency with advanced data modeling tools.
  • Experience in banking/financial industry data models and Enterprise Data Model design.
  • Ability to publish efficient physical data models for multiple database platforms.
  • Skilled in data analysis and data profiling using SQL or other tools.
  • Understanding of end-to-end data processing in analytics environments.
  • Experience working in a collaborative development methodology.
