Electrical Engineering Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineering expert to lead our data center projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering complex electrical systems, with a proven track record of driving strategic visions.

  • Job Description:
  • In this role, you will oversee the design and execution of advanced electrical systems for high-profile data center projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
  • You will develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address the unique needs of data centers, ensuring optimal performance in power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.
  • You will mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.
  • You will represent us in client-facing engagements, offering expert advice and insights that contribute to both project success and long-term relationships.
  • You will drive the growth and development of our electrical engineering practice, contributing to business development, project acquisition, and shaping the strategic direction of the firm in the data center space.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • A recognized tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering within a consulting environment, with a proven track record of leadership in large-scale data center projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in the design, development, and delivery of complex electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of a business.
  • Expertise in industry-standard software and design tools relevant to Electrical Engineering.
