Senior School Crossing Safety Officer

This role involves assisting children with using our school crossing to safely cross the road.
- The Safe Passage Coordinator will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of pedestrians and vehicles at our school crossings, directing traffic to keep our students safe.
- Providing advice to pedestrians on safety rules pertaining to school crossings is also an important aspect of this job.
- The ability to exercise good judgement when escalating issues is essential in this role, as well as effectively managing events within the parameters of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Setting up and dismantling safety crossing zones as required will be a key responsibility for this role.
To ensure success in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results while maintaining a safe working environment.
