Job Opportunity

Westpac is seeking a Technology Domain Owner to lead the delivery of proof points, milestones, and solution risks within appetite for Customer Solutions Technology.

About the Role

This position involves delivering business and technology outcomes in a fast-paced environment, including helping make key service and product decisions. The role also includes people leadership, strategic workforce planning, and building capability in Customer Solution Technology domain to drive higher maturity standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • 10+ years of domain experience in Fraud and Scam and broader Financial Crime technology.
  • Experience in technology delivery aligned to Scaled Agile delivery framework (SAFe) with strong focus on domain risk and controls management.
  • Delivering contemporary workflow solutions.
  • Strong background in people leadership, with over a decade of leading high-performing teams.
  • Exposure in delivering DevSecOps, system integration, and Gen AI / Agentic AI delivery.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing senior stakeholders, including up to GM level.
