About this Role

As a strategic leader, you will drive business cases for new technology projects and lead a team in a collaborative environment.

The role involves leading the provisioning, technical support, reporting, and day-to-day operations of core technology including Infrastructure, Networks, Telephony, Service Delivery, and Security.

  • Maintain and improve the company's core data model and lead digital initiatives
  • Plan, implement, and develop all IT initiatives strategically
  • Develop training and interventions to manage risk across all sites
  • Evaluate and continually improve IT processes

About You

We are seeking an ambitious individual with a passion for IT who takes initiative and is proactive when collaborating with stakeholders. A degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science and business acumen to drive the value of technology are essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in improvement and digital transformation
  • Experience in platform design and build
  • Familiarity with NetSuite/SAP Finance, SharePoint online management, Office 365, and PowerApps
