High-Achieving Transportation Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary:
A high-achieving Program Manager is sought to lead the planning, implementation, and direction of complex transportation infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate activities of supervisory personnel across divisions of the Road & Bridge Program.
- Monitor program progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions to ensure project and goal completion.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting, expenditures, and cost control.
- Conduct research, prepare technical reports, and develop recommendations for program improvements, policy revisions, and service delivery methods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field, plus nine (9) years of progressive experience in transportation infrastructure maintenance and construction, including five (5) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Equivalent education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Florida Driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain it.
- Within nine (9) months, obtain FDOT Intermediate Maintenance of Traffic (MOT)/Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) certification.
- Ability to respond to emergency calls 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
