About this Opportunity:

Job Description

This is a unique chance to lead and drive process improvement initiatives across our Refinery and Coining Division.

You will be based in East Perth, but your time will be split evenly between sites. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and drive momentum in a complex, process-driven environment.

You will be responsible for driving Lean initiatives, leading cultural change, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement. You will be backed by experienced leaders who want you to succeed and supported by teams who are ready to be challenged and inspired.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have experience as a Lean Manager or in a similar position. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, backed by a Lean Management certification or Six Sigma Black Belt.

You must be fluent in Lean methodologies and tools - 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and more - and know how to apply them in real-world settings. You should have hands-on experience in project and change management, and not be afraid to challenge the status quo when it means building smarter, more efficient workflows.
