Key Role:

  As a DevOps Strategist, you will spearhead the development and implementation of efficient DevOps practices across multiple platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive DevOps roadmap to drive business value and enhance delivery speed.
  • Drive cultural transformation by championing Agile and DevOps methodologies, promoting automation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
  • Promote automation and self-service strategies to boost productivity and minimize operational bottlenecks.
  • Lead improvements in platform monitoring for proactive issue detection and resolution.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in scripting and automation with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations.
  • Strong AWS skills: EC2, S3, networking, Kubernetes (EKS), OpenShift (ROSA), and cloud automation.
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo with Git version control.
  • Skilled in integrating security, monitoring, and observability tools like Snyk, Fortify, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNOW.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and automated testing tools.
