About The Role
The Clinical Practice Lead strengthens clinical capability across Kinyara Health by setting high standards of care and driving best-practice in quality, training, and governance. This role is central to delivering exceptional client outcomes and reinforcing Kinyara's reputation for clinical excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance across the organisation, mentoring direct care and operational teams to drive excellence in home-based care delivery.
- Lead the development and execution of clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives, including the creation and ongoing review of policies, procedures and care frameworks aligned with best practice.
- Drive a proactive compliance and risk management approach, conducting clinical audits, escalating concerns and supporting readiness for regulatory accreditation.
- Foster collaboration across clinical and operational teams, ensuring aligned efforts that optimise client care and service delivery outcomes.
- Analyse data from incidents, audits, and quality reports to generate actionable insights that inform continuous improvement and enhance client safety.
About You
We're seeking a clinically experienced and proactive leader with strong skills in quality, clinical governance, and mentoring. You're someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care -particularly within aged care or disability services - and thrives in a dynamic, improvement-driven environment.
You will also have:
- NDIS experience(essential)
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Postgraduate qualification in aged care, disability, or health management (desirable)
- Cert IV in training and assessment (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills, adaptability and confidence using technology
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A demonstrated commitment to high-quality care for people with aged care and disability support needs
