Construction Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead the delivery of medium-density builds.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership and stakeholder coordination skills, with a solid knowledge of building codes, Australian Standards, and Occupational Health and Safety.

  • Manage site delivery of medium-density builds
  • Lead construction in line with program requirements and budget constraints
  • Drive site compliance with OH&S and relevant standards
  • Coordinate trades, site teams, and project timelines
  • Oversee site safety, cleanliness, inductions, and inspections
  • Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and consultants
  • Communicate directly with clients to support a smooth handover

Key Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years' experience delivering medium-density builds
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Solid knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, and OH&S
  • Cert IV in Construction Management or trade background
  • White Card, current driver's licence, First Aid & CPR
  • Strong Microsoft Project and documentation skills
