Join our team as a skilled professional to lead the organisation's reporting and analytics function, delivering high-quality insights that drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.About the Role:This pivotal position provides strategic oversight of data analytics platforms, enterprise data governance, and performance reporting across both clinical and operational areas. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that reporting outputs align with state-wide benchmarks, funding models, and clinical excellence standards.Responsibilities:• Provide strategic direction for data analytics platforms, ensuring effective use of data to inform business decisions• Develop and maintain enterprise data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity• Lead the development of performance reports, dashboards, and other visualisations to support strategic decision-making• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise reporting needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reportsRequirements:To be successful in this role, you'll need:• A strong background in data analytics, with experience in leading reporting and analytics functions• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive leaders, clinicians, and other stakeholders• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and software• Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business outcomes through data-driven insightsWhat We Offer:We offer a competitive remuneration package, novated leasing, and full salary packaging benefits.
