Site Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead the delivery of medium-density builds. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential housing across North West Regional Victoria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site delivery, leading construction in line with program and safety requirements, driving site compliance, and coordinating trades and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site delivery of medium-density builds
  • Lead construction in line with program, budget, and safety requirements
  • Drive site compliance with OH&S, BCA, and relevant standards
  • Coordinate trades, site teams, and project timelines

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years' experience delivering medium-density builds
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Solid knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, and OH&S
  • Cert IV in Construction Management or trade background
  • White Card, current driver's licence, First Aid & CPR
