Service Delivery Specialist

This role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of a service to ensure it is fit for purpose, easy to use, and well-supported. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring services align with business needs and are secure by design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service roadmaps for continual optimisation, modernisation, automation, and process improvement.
  • Track, monitor, and report on services for transparency and compliance.
  • Maintain clear accountability and ownership of services.
  • Ensure services meet enterprise architecture requirements and comply with standards, policies, controls, audit, and security requirements.
  • Compile and share monthly service reports with stakeholders and teams.
  • Lead application renewals, contract changes, and vendor management in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to maintain, support, and upgrade applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with technology vendors and partners.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and service delivery models.
