Lead Early Childhood Educator Role

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our nursery room, collaborating with families, the local community, and our team at Kids Brigade. This role offers opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

  • Lead a nursery room with up to 85 children across three distinct rooms, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging early years programs that cater to the diverse needs of children and families.
  • Mentor and support the development of a collaborative team culture, fostering open communication and mutual respect.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Lead Educator or at Diploma level, with a proven track record of leadership and program implementation.
  • Current working with children check and ability to maintain ongoing registration.
  • A strong passion for early childhood education, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
