We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Sector Specialist. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of guiding and empowering early childhood professionals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about pushing the status quo in the Early Childhood sector, thrives on building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and has an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop proposals within a project management approach
  • Proactively develop and support a pipeline of engaged and potential clients
  • Mentoring and support to stakeholders including Service Leaders, Approved Providers, Committees
  • Collaborate with Approved Providers and Service Leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive service-wide training plan
  • Provide training and guidance on effective and sustainable Early Childhood Governance
  • Support corporate organisations navigating the ECEC sector
Requirements:
  • Approved Early Childhood qualification (as defined by ACECQA)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Extensive leadership, coaching and mentoring experience
  • Evidence of a deep understanding of the ECEC sector landscape
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with key stakeholders, think creatively and strategically, and demonstrate a passion for the Early Childhood sector.
