Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Eastern Creek team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional click and collect experience for our customers while driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process click and collect orders to meet sales targets
  • Keep customers informed about order status updates
  • Perform picking and packing activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Drive a positive customer experience through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Support sales team in driving sales and replenishing stock as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing click and collect orders from start to finish
  • High level of customer satisfaction and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous retail experience with a strong focus on sales and customer service
  • Ability to learn new product SKUs, POS systems, and other relevant technologies
  • Knowledge of 12v systems is highly regarded
