As a Quality Consultant, you will be an integral part of our organisation's efforts to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
You will collaborate with senior leaders and clinical teams to design and implement quality improvement initiatives that enhance the safety, quality, and overall experience of care.
The role involves leading and coordinating efforts to ensure our practices align with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and coordinating efforts to ensure our practices align with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to promote quality care and services
- Providing education and training to staff on quality improvement principles and best practices
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a health-related field or health management
- Sound knowledge of relevant accreditation frameworks and expected outcomes and ability to support continuous readiness for accreditation
- Demonstrated ability in clinical data management and analysis using a variety of sources and develop clear reports
- A personal approach which is positive, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful with an ability to work as part of a team, as well as being able to work independently
