Clinical Recovery Specialist

The rehabilitation consulting role involves assisting individuals in their recovery and return to work and life following injury or illness.
Job Description:This position entails conducting a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios.
- Assist clients in achieving optimal outcomes through the application of clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive results for clients.
Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing tailored plans, and implementing interventions to support recovery and return to employment.
Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:- Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist (with full AHPRA or ESSA membership)
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
