Customer Experience Specialists Required

We are seeking motivated and team-focused individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences as Part-Time Ramp and Baggage Agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading of Unit Load Devices (ULDs)
  • Loading and unloading aircraft cargo
  • Baggage management – lifting baggage with a maximum weight of 32kg per piece
  • Assisting with the movement of Ground Services Equipment, e.g., aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs, belt loaders, etc.
  • Assist with safe and timely Aircraft push back and towing activities, driving and operating diverse Pushback tractors both conventional and Tow-bar-less types
  • Following direction during shift to achieve required timely aircraft scheduled departures
  • Hands-on capacity handling a range of duties
To Be Successful:
  • Available for shift-work across a 24/7 roster including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Hold a full Victorian Driver’s License (mandatory)
  • Will to complete a full pre-employment medical/Drug and Alcohol testing along with a satisfactory security clearance
