We are currently recruiting Ramp and Baggage Service Delivery Agents for the Melbourne Airport. These positions are **permanent part time** positions with a minimum of 24 hours a week. dnata is proud to offer on the job training and up skilling. This allows for opportunities for career progression and professional development

**A few of the key responsibilities for a Ramp and Baggage Service Delivery Agent are;**
- Working in and around aircraft and on the apron;
- Manual Handling - lifting baggage with a maximum weight of 32kg per piece;
- Loading and unloading of all cargo and passenger aircraft;
- Anticipate and resolve problems;
- Assisting with the movement of Ground Services Equipment e.g. aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs, belt loaders etc;
- Liaising with internal/external clients, management and other relevant parties, as required;
- Follow direction during shift to achieve required timely aircraft scheduled departures;
- Accurate data entry and processing of import/export information utilising the dnata operating systems;
**To be successful you will**:

- Be available for shift-work across a 24/7 roster including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Have a full Victorian Driver's License (mandatory)
- Be an Australian / New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
- Willing to complete a full pre-employment medical/Drug and Alcohol testing along with a satisfactory security clearance (ASIC)
- Must be fully vaccinated
