As we embark on an exciting transformation, we're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Executive Leadership team as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). This role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and take the Customer function to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Customer Department, encompassing Customer Solution Architecture and Marketing.
  • Develop and execute key sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue acquisition and growth.
  • Implement customer retention and growth strategies to bolster our install base.
  • Cultivate our partner ecosystem to deliver valuable commercial outcomes for Vault and its partners.
  • Enhance Vault Cloud's brand and positioning within the National Security and Safety Critical sector.
Requirements:
  • Proven team leadership experience with a track record of motivating outcomes and developing a cohesive team culture.
  • Strong management skills, including performance management, coaching, succession planning, and career development.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, including strategy development, P&L capability, stakeholder management, and governance.
  • Hands-on expertise in crafting compelling solutions and value propositions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • A passion for technology and security.
