About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Automation Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and servicing building automation systems within Amazon data centers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver critical projects, upgrade data center automation, and provide service and support to partner teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy data center controls on time, managing vendors effectively to minimize defects at Power and Facilities Hand-Off (PFHO)
  • Deliver critical projects to upgrade data center automation
  • Provide service and support to partner teams, resolving Loss of Visibility (LOV), Loss of Resilience (LOR), Large Scale Event (LSE), Critical Scale Event (CSE), and other operations impacting events
  • Resolve tasks within predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Benefits

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in building unified automated control systems for enterprise-level clients
  • 3+ years of experience with PLC or SCADA programming, and scripted programming languages
  • Solid experience in inspection, testing, and commissioning of control systems
