Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-6 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Educational Programs: Create innovative early learning programs that reflect current early years thinking and practice.
  • Building Relationships: Maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Documentation: Document and share with families in their children's learning and development.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A completed Certificate III (or working towards a Cert 3) or working towards a Diploma in Childcare.
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
