Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational programs that reflect the needs of children and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality education and care services are provided to children.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with families and other stakeholders to support the well-being and learning of children.
  • Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of education and care programs.
  • Supervise and support the work of colleagues to ensure excellent standards of education and care are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of child development theory and research-based practices.
  • Ability to plan and implement inclusive and responsive education programs that meet the diverse needs of children.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with families and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for children.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development to enhance practice and contribute to the field of early childhood education.
