Your Role

  • Nurture strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of the education program and support team collaboration.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning by studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • Hold a valid right to work in Australia.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Showcase efficient time management and organisational abilities.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, positivity, and adaptability.
  • Achieve flexibility in your availability to meet the needs of the centre.
  • Express a genuine interest in early years education and its importance.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Provide proof of primary course of immunisation against COVID-19.
  • Supply evidence of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)(or be willing to receive).
