Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, manage, and ensure execution of manufacturing processes to ensure delivery of quality products and services
* Manage staff performance across planning, scheduling, purchasing, and logistics
* Develop and enhance operational team capabilities, company strategies, and targets
* Drive continuous improvement activities across the organisation to increase operational efficiency, minimise costs, and utilise labour resources effectively
* Ensure all manufacturing activities are carried out in accordance with quality, safety, and environment control systems
* Ensure staff possess the necessary skills to successfully and safely perform their duties
* Champion a performance-oriented environment and collaborative workplace culture

The Successful Candidate will possess:

* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within manufacturing
* Ability to perform strongly under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong computer skills and competency in MS Office application programs
