We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer insights initiatives. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in research and analysis to drive business growth.

Job Overview

The Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for designing and executing primary research studies, as well as analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to uncover actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement research strategies to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Deliver high-quality insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentation materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business strategies
  • Leverage advanced analytics and data visualization tools to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences

To succeed in this role, you will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related position, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact research and analysis.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in conducting primary and secondary research, including survey design and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with industry-leading research tools and technologies
