Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct guest check-in and checkout procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service at all times.
  • Process cash, credit card, and debit card payments in line with organizational policies and procedures.

What You Will Do:

As a Front Office Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our visitors and residents. In addition, you will perform various tasks to facilitate the efficient operation of Council accommodation services.
