Senior Engineering Leadership Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly experienced and skilled engineering leader to oversee the management of our geotechnical team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive forward technical excellence, and contribute to the strategic growth of our division.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the geotechnical team, ensuring successful project delivery across various sectors.
  • Play a key role in technical leadership, business development, and team mentoring.
  • Contribute expertise in geotechnical design, site geotechnics, and ground investigation techniques.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth while maintaining high standards in project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in geotechnical design, including foundation, slope stability, and retaining structures.
  • Strong understanding of site geotechnics and ground investigation techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a technical team.
  • Experience in client engagement, project management, and business development.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it) with a relevant institution.
  • Ability to work in Perth or Glasgow offices at least three days per week.
