As a Learning Business Partner at VMCH, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Home Care team by designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that align with their strategic goals and operational needs.

You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Home Care to identify and address learning gaps, improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Case Managers in areas of health literacy and clinical best practice
  • Ensure our workforce is adequately skilled to meet the requirements of the Support at Home program
  • Create a professional development framework to attract and retain employees across Home Care
About You

You have previously worked in a clinical role (nurse or allied health professional) and ideally have current AHPRA registration.

You are a strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for supporting the learning and development of others.

You possess the following:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating engaging and effective learning programs for various audiences and modalities, preferably within aged or community care settings
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and evaluation methods
  • Experience in customer service and soft skills training delivery
