Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team and lead an established program in Clarkson. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and leading the program, as well as working collaboratively with a permanent part-time Assistant and a pool of trained and qualified casual staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in education support or school education and care, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, with flexible hours that can be tailored to meet the needs of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and lead the established program
  • Work collaboratively with the permanent part-time Assistant and casual staff
  • Develop and implement healthy eating menus and child-driven programs
  • Network with the school and wider community to foster existing relationships and build new ones

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate IV or Diploma in Education Support or School Education and Care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
