Job Description

The Senior Programme Delivery Manager will lead the technology delivery of major transformational programmes in managing a budget and leading solution development teams and third parties.

This role requires understanding business requirements and regulatory environments to achieve desired outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing operational aspects of delivery teams, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and developing partnerships with suppliers for commercial and efficient delivery.

  • Develop strategic approaches and manage commercial contracts to ensure alignment with quality, risk, and compliance standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive technology and change management strategies as part of major transformation programmes or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead executive governance and engagement for Major Programmes, translating business outcomes into tailored change delivery projects and plans.
  • Manage product delivery teams and third parties, providing leadership and coaching to mentor teams across technology delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience in vendor/third-party management, IT products and services, and energy industry knowledge. Strong negotiation, time management, and analytical skills are required to drive value and continuous improvement in vendor strategies.
