In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance.

  • Deliver customer-focused service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process ticket sales and assist with customers' luggage, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
  • Maintain a safe environment for all passengers and their belongings while at the station or on board trains.
  • Support passengers with their luggage, facilitating a seamless transition to their journey.
  • Contribute to maintaining high-quality station presentation, cleaning, and maintenance of premises.
