Functional Assessor Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise in physical capacity assessments and administration support within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and undertaking functional assessments, training staff and employees in manual handling, consulting with management, staff, and clients regarding functional assessment results and requirements, and maintaining the functional assessment procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating and undertaking functional assessments

• Training staff and employees in manual handling

• Consulting with management, staff, and clients

• Maintaining functional assessment procedures and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness or qualifications in Health Science & Allied Health

• Intermediate Microsoft Office capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Proactive approach

• Strong organisational and time management skills
