We are seeking a skilled professional to bring innovative motion design ideas to life across various platforms.

About the Role
  • Create high-quality visuals and motion designs that engage audiences through stand-out motion graphics for videos, commercials, and multimedia projects
  • Develop captivating 2D and 3D animation from concept through to delivery, including assets, environments, and full sequences
  • Storyboard concepts to effectively communicate visual ideas
  • Integrate visual effects (VFX) to enhance realism, magic, or impact in motion designs
  • Collaborate with designers, animators, and editors to maintain consistency and on-brand quality
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to feedback
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to deliver exceptional results
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Motion Designer / 3D VFX Artist
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or Blender (plus Redshift or similar)
  • Able to work independently, problem-solve, and manage time effectively under pressure
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality
  • Effective communication skills with both creative teams and clients
  • Experience in integrated campaigns for both digital and TV media
  • Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and knowledge of Mac and PC workflows
  • Bonus points for interest/experience in Unreal Engine, Unity, or AI tools like Midjourney
