Electrical Engineer Graduate Program

This two-year graduate program offers a comprehensive learning experience, focusing on project engineering. You'll work on real-world projects, developing hands-on skills as a Project Engineer.

Regardless of your engineering discipline, you'll gain valuable exposure to all areas of project engineering, integrating multiple disciplines and contributing to the overall success.

This hands-on experience will help you develop a thorough understanding of project engineering within the resources sector.

You'll have opportunities to:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery, meeting safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage sub-contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.
Requirements:
  • Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or suitable Visa with working rights.
  • An Engineering degree (Bachelor or higher) within Electrical and/or Electrical & Instrumentation, with previous work experience in Australia or New Zealand.
