We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Electrical Engineering Graduate Program. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience in project delivery and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.">
  • Manage sub-contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.">
  • Assist in preparing project estimates, tender submissions, and developing project schedules.">
  • Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution, and HSE compliance.">
  • Collaborate with the Operational team to ensure a team-oriented approach to project delivery.">
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets as required, ensuring effective execution.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights.">
  • An Engineering degree (Bachelor or higher) within Electrical and/or Electrical & Instrumentation with previous work experience through vacation work or similar, in Australia or New Zealand.">
  • Ability to work on a FIFO or DIDO from Perth, Brisbane or Newcastle">
  • Previous work experience within your chosen field through internships or equivalent is highly desirable.">
  • A passion for the work we do and the desire to do real hands-on work in the field">
