Electrical Engineer - Graduate Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Electrical Engineer to join our team in a graduate capacity. As an Electrical Engineer at our organisation, you will embark on a challenging journey of hands-on project experience, structured learning, and national site rotations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support hazardous area compliance reviews nationwide.
  • Assist in designing and delivering electrical system upgrades.
  • Contribute to electrical protection assessments and arc flash studies.
  • Deliver capital projects such as server upgrades and system enhancements.
  • Participate in modernising legacy systems and enhancing electrical reliability.
About the Role
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across departments.
  • Ensure projects meet technical, safety, and operational requirements.
  • Rotate through national sites, starting in Railton, Tasmania, and then Gladstone, Queensland.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • Hold or near completion of a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree.
  • Demonstrate interest in complex infrastructure projects and problem-solving.
  • Display strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
  • Exhibit ability to collaborate across disciplines and work on high-impact initiatives.
