Lead Youth Development Coach

This is a part-time, casual role requiring 15 hours per week. We are seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented coach who can develop and implement effective training programs for swimmers in the development squad.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and delivering training sessions focusing on technique, endurance and race strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records of swimmers' progress and providing individualized feedback and goal setting.
- Collaborating with other coaches to create a cohesive training environment and promote team spirit.
- Communicating effectively with parents and swimmers regarding training schedules, competitions and performance expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A First Aid Certificate
- A current CPR Certificate
- A Working With Children Check
- A valid Drivers License
Possession of the following qualifications would also be highly regarded:
- Teacher of Competitive Strokes
- Development Swimming Coach Accreditation
