Soccer Program Overview

The soccer program at Ultimate Soccer Complex is a leading multi-million dollar sports facility equipped with FIFA-grade, all-weather pitches.

About the Role:

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced coach to lead our youth soccer program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement dynamic training sessions that promote fun, engagement, and skill development for players of all levels.
  • Create a positive and inclusive environment where players feel motivated to learn, take risks, and express themselves on the field.
  • Design engaging activities, games, and challenges tailored to each age group to keep sessions exciting and reinforce key skills and concepts.
  • Provide personalized feedback and written reports to support player growth and development.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to assistant coaches and staff to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the coaching team.
  • Pursue opportunities for professional growth and contribute to the development of the coaching program.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant coaching experience, preferably in youth development programs at beginner to intermediate levels.
  • Hold a 'C' License or higher in football coaching.
  • Working With Children Check and first aid certification are mandatory.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 5pm-7pm.
