About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Team Leader to join our team at Shadforth Civil Contractors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team and subcontractors to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety, and adherence to all project specifications.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Leading Hand or similar role, with a strong desire to step up into a leadership position.
  • Extensive experience in subdivisions, including bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils, and roadworks.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, with a strong understanding of construction methods and procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering projects to agreed outcomes.
  • Current Construction Industry Card (White/Blue) and a valid Driver Licence.
  • Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded.
  • Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards.
