Leadership Development Expert

You will empower our leaders through innovative leadership solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with the organization's strategy, managing schedules, communications, and reporting metrics.
  • Design and deliver engaging and professional leadership learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on the development of the organization's talent and leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends.
  • Support the talent management program of work.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired).
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy.
  • Experience in Talent Management in complex organisations.
